NBA Player Engagement has put together some important information to help you make the most out of the weekend.

Player, Family, & Guest HOSPITALITY LOUNGE
Lobby Level Regent, Seascape Salon

Make sure to stop by the Player, Family, & Guest Hospitality Lounge, which is located on the lobby level in the Seascape Salon. Accessible with your provided wristband, this private and secure space will include lounge space, snacks, and activities for kids. The hours of the lounge are included in the schedule, and we look forward to meeting you when you stop by for a bite to eat, to mix and mingle, or just to take a break and recharge.

Schedule of events

NBA Transportation Buses will be provided for player families and guests from the Sandbourne Hotel. At the Intuit Dome, the buses will pick up and drop off on Prairie Ave. Departure times are indicated below in red.

For all post-game departures in private vehicles (where the family/guests would like to meet up with their player before departure), please follow the instructions on the family badge and/or locate a member of our Player Engagement team who can escort you to the VIP tent.

The NBA’s Player Engagement team is hosting the official Player, Family, & Guest Hospitality Lounge on the lobby level floor of the Regent in the Seascape Salon. Lounge hours are indicated in blue.

Lounge Experience

Player, Family, & Guest Hospitality Lounge Access

Each eligible participant will receive wristbands in their check-in folder for their family and guests. These wristbands are required for entry to the lounge. There will be security staged outside of the space checking for wristbands. Guests will not be allowed into the lounge if they are not wearing the wristband.

Family Meetings

During All-Star Weekend, Player Engagement will be hosting brief family meetings in the Player, Family, & Guest Hospitality Lounge to share available resources, answer questions, and ensure you have familiar faces to turn to throughout the event. You can schedule a time in advance, or simply stop by the lounge on Thursday-Sunday...we’ll be there and ready to connect!

For those opting to stay at the hotel, the lounge will remain open, offering breakfast and a live broadcast of the practice for a comfortable viewing experience.

INTUIT DOME Policies

Bag Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we highly encourage fans to leave personal bags at home. Bag size guidelines will be strictly enforced:

Only personal clutches, including clear bags, no larger than 10” x 6” x 2” will be permitted in the arena.
Intuit Dome will make exceptions for medical and childcare needs up to 14” x 14” x 6”, but these bags must be screened by an onsite X-Ray machine.

Note: The NBA Special Events Bag Policy may differ slightly from the venue's standard guidelines. When reviewing the venue's website, please reference details specific to NBA events and consult the NBA Prohibited Items list for additional restrictions.

Strollers: Strollers can be checked in at the Answers Portal (guest services) located on the main level near Section Main 6.

Weapons & Dangerous Items

Weapons of any sort including, but not limited to, firearms and knives of any size are prohibited. Any items deemed by the venue, in its discretion, to be dangerous are also prohibited.

Offensive Signs

Clothing, garments, and signs (including, but not limited to, flyers, handouts, and pamphlets) that contain or display explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization toward any person or category/group of persons are prohibited.

Large Banners & Signs

Attendees are not permitted to use or wave any flags, banners, signs, or other items that are more than 11 x 17 inches in size. Additionally, permissible items in this category cannot be affixed to any pole or stick made of wood, metal, plastic, or any other hard material.

Additional Prohibited Items 

For the safety and enjoyment of all Guests, items NOT permitted inside INTUIT DOME include:

  • Large Banners and Flags that are affixed to any pole or stick made of wood, metal, plastic or any other hard material, and that is more than 11” x 17” in size.
  • Whistles and Horns. Whistles, foghorns/airhorns and plastic horns, such as vuvuzelas and didgeridoos.
  • Laser pointers or any similar devices.
  • Optical Illusions. Items intended to create optical illusions or interfere with the ability of the eye to perceive depth or distance, such as pin wheels or umbrellas.
  • Weapons (e.g., firearms, tasers/stun guns, and knives of all sizes)
  • Aerosol cans
  • Fireworks
  • Frisbees
  • Beverages
  • Mace or Pepper Spray
  • Poles, selfie-sticks, tripods, monopods and missile-like objects that can be thrown
  • Tripods
  • Beach balls
  • Bats and clubs
  • Drones of any kind, regardless of size, are prohibited in the venue and the immediately surrounding area.
  • Professional and/or commercial cameras with interchangeable or detachable lenses
  • Audio/visual recording devices (includes GoPro, Google Glass, Spectacles etc.)
  • Clothing, garments or signs displaying explicit language, profanity or derogatory characterization towards any person(s)
  • Illegal substances
  • Any bags within the required size limits are required to be screened with X-ray technology; and
  • Any items arena deems, in its discretion, to be dangerous

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Download NBA Events App

Click “Profile” and sign in or register for NBA ID.

You should be using the same email account that you registered for tickets with.

Click “My Tickets” in the NBA Events App.

You should now be able to view your available All-Star event tickets.

Select your event tickets.

You will be redirected to the Intuit Dome app or Ticketmaster depending on the location.

Sign up for Intuit Dome events, download the Intuit Dome app.

You will need to sign up using the same email as your NBA ID.

Setup your identity pass and GameFace ID in the Intuit Dome app.

Each ticket holder will need their own account and own device for accessing their tickets.

FRequently Asked Questions

How do I transfer my Intuit Dome tickets?

  • Go to “My Events” and click on the event that you would like to transfer a ticket.

  • Tap the transfer button at the bottom of the screen.

  • Select “No, I won’t be attending” and then select the ticket you would like to transfer.

  • Select “Manually Enter a Recipient” and enter the guest’s information.

What do I do if I have an international phone number or my email is not working?

  • Visit the “Answer Portals” at the NBA guest hotels or event locations.

What do I do if someone in my party does not have their own device?

  • Visit the “Answer Portals” at the NBA guest hotels or event locations.
