For those opting to stay at the hotel, the lounge will remain open, offering breakfast and a live broadcast of the practice for a comfortable viewing experience.
NBA Player Engagement has put together some important information to help you make the most out of the weekend.
Make sure to stop by the Player, Family, & Guest Hospitality Lounge, which is located on the lobby level in the Seascape Salon. Accessible with your provided wristband, this private and secure space will include lounge space, snacks, and activities for kids. The hours of the lounge are included in the schedule, and we look forward to meeting you when you stop by for a bite to eat, to mix and mingle, or just to take a break and recharge.
NBA Transportation Buses will be provided for player families and guests from the Sandbourne Hotel. At the Intuit Dome, the buses will pick up and drop off on Prairie Ave. Departure times are indicated below in red.

The NBA’s Player Engagement team is hosting the official Player, Family, & Guest Hospitality Lounge on the lobby level floor of the Regent in the Seascape Salon. Lounge hours are indicated in blue.

Here are three tips to consider as you arrive in Los Angeles:


To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we highly encourage fans to leave personal bags at home. Bag size guidelines will be strictly enforced:
Only personal clutches, including clear bags, no larger than 10” x 6” x 2” will be permitted in the arena.
Intuit Dome will make exceptions for medical and childcare needs up to 14” x 14” x 6”, but these bags must be screened by an onsite X-Ray machine.
Note: The NBA Special Events Bag Policy may differ slightly from the venue's standard guidelines. When reviewing the venue's website, please reference details specific to NBA events and consult the NBA Prohibited Items list for additional restrictions.
Strollers: Strollers can be checked in at the Answers Portal (guest services) located on the main level near Section Main 6.
Weapons of any sort including, but not limited to, firearms and knives of any size are prohibited. Any items deemed by the venue, in its discretion, to be dangerous are also prohibited.
Clothing, garments, and signs (including, but not limited to, flyers, handouts, and pamphlets) that contain or display explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization toward any person or category/group of persons are prohibited.
Attendees are not permitted to use or wave any flags, banners, signs, or other items that are more than 11 x 17 inches in size. Additionally, permissible items in this category cannot be affixed to any pole or stick made of wood, metal, plastic, or any other hard material.

You should access your tickets and set up all accounts 48 hours before your event. For Intuit Dome events, every ticket holder will need their: own device and own account.

Pop-up “Answer Portals” will operate Thursday-Sunday at key NBA guest hotels, including at the Regent Santa Monica, the Sandbourne, and event venues. These locations will offer live support and assist guests with ticket onboarding for Intuit Dome events. Player Engagement staff will also be available to assist with questions.

Go to “My Events” and click on the event that you would like to transfer a ticket.
Tap the transfer button at the bottom of the screen.
Select “No, I won’t be attending” and then select the ticket you would like to transfer.
Select “Manually Enter a Recipient” and enter the guest’s information.
